If you need to cancel, modify or return your order please see our policies below.
Cancellations
To cancel your order please email sales@van44.com within 24 hours of placing your order with your name and order number. Please note we cannot cancel orders that have been shipped out.
Returns
We offer refund and/or exchange within the first 30 days of your purchase, if 30 days have passed since your purchase, you are no longer eligible for a refund and/or exchange.
Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The item must be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email atsales@van44.com.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
